Nexus IQ provided a solution for Regulatory Affairs personnel in a large bio-pharma to rapidly match new or modified regulations globally with their large corpus of policies and SOPs to quickly identify gaps. This leveraged RAG, workflow, web crawling and APIs connected to several content management.

Third-party audit firms took an inordinate amount of time sifting through large data sets of paper while auditing companies across the globe in different languages. Nexus IQ leveraged translations, OCR, relevance matching to rapidly help an audit firm get through their assessments of foreign entities under consent decree. Structured Content Management and NLG was also used to create remediation plans and reports.

Omni-channel Content Approval

Nexus IQ helped cut down the review/approval cycle times for QA and Legal approval for omni-channel content. Leveraging relevance matching Nexus IQ was able to flag language that it deemed closely matched approved language and those that it deemed did not match approved language, thus speeding up review times.

Contract Review

Small Biotech with a very small legal team needed a way to rapidly review the onslaught of contracts from vendors, CDMOs, CROs etc. as the firm expanded into Phase II clinical trials. Nexus IQ leveraged vector embeddings and nearest neighbor matches to review new contracts against previously approved language to flag paragraphs that appeared to be incongruous with approved language to speed up review times.
